Michell Estevez Boehm
Immigration Attorney
Immigration is not just my profession — it is my personal journey.

Michell Estevez Boehm was born in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, and later immigrated to the United States. Her personal journey as an immigrant has given her a deep understanding of the challenges many individuals and families face when navigating the immigration system, and it is one of the reasons she is so passionate about helping others through their own legal process.
Michell has a strong academic background. She earned her Bachelor of Laws from the Autonomous University of Santo Domingo and holds three master's degrees. She obtained a Master of Laws from Chicago-Kent College of Law, a Master of Public Policy from Aden Business School, and later pursued further studies in public policy at George Washington University. She also earned a Master's degree in International Relations from Nebrija University in Madrid, Spain.
Michell has been practicing law since 2017, when she was admitted to the Dominican Republic Bar. In 2025, she was also admitted to the Illinois and Missouri Bars. Her practice focuses on immigration law, including family-based immigration petitions, adjustment of status, and removal defense. She is fluent in both English and Spanish, which allows her to serve a diverse community of clients with care and clarity.
As an immigrant herself, Michell is committed to providing honest, compassionate, and high-quality legal representation. She understands how important it is to have the right guidance when starting an immigration process, and she takes pride in helping clients feel informed, supported, and confident every step of the way.
